1. Who we are:  This Social Pinpoint page is operated by the Supporting Growth Alliance ("we", "us"), being comprised of Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Auckland Transport, Aecom, Beca Limited, Buddle Findlay and Bell Gully (together the "Alliance Participants").  If you have any questions about this page, or need to make a complaint about any content on the page, please contact us at info@supportinggrowth.nz.
2. Interactive features and your content:  This page may have interactive features that allow you to post comments, give feedback, ask questions, attend virtual meetings, and so on.  When you use these interactive features:
   1. you must respectfully, constructively and following any other guidelines or rules of engagement that we set.  We may review and moderate comments and content before publishing, and/or remove any comments or content that we think are inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, that include personal information or are plainly off-topic.  We will not tolerate bullying, harassment, trolling, personal attacks or spamming. We may ban users from this page that repeatedly breach these rules;

Liability:  To the maximum extent permitted by law, no Alliance Participant will be liable in any way (whether in contract, tort including negligence, equity, or under statute) in relation to the content of this page (whether that content was provided by us or by a third party), or in any connection with your use of or inability to use, this page.
